Shipping

All shipping is send by priority mail (typically Royal Mail / Air Mail) and is subject to a 5-28 day delivery time.

In 95% of all cases deliveries arrive within 2 working days, and worldwide within 5 days.

Digital products (i.e. software) are non-refundable.

All other products are subject to a 14 day refund so long as the original packaging is not opened.

Opened products may still be returned and if found in working order, subject to a refund with a 10% charge for re-packaging.
